REPORTS TO: Brand Manager – Flavors &

JOB PURPOSE

1. To support the Brand Manager in the achievement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) via completion/launch of all initiatives as planned and achieving specified
volume targets.
2. Coordinating and assisting the BM for execution of specific activities in the
marketing calendar (as per objectives mentioned in the annual PDR).

POSITION IN ORGANISATION

Reports to: Brand Manager
Supervisor: 1 Subordinates: 0

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist BM in managing the portfolio related activities.
• Ensure SOX Compliance
• To monitor and reconcile the divisons budgets
• Liaise with Advertising and Media agencies for the development, execution – and evaluation of advertising campaigns and brand activities
• Select third parties (as and when required by following the formulized audit process) and closely work with them for implementation of activities (e.g. BTL)
- Should quickly be able to gain system knowledge of Finance, Franchise, Operations & Bottling Partners.

- Interact with:
• Bottler GMs & Sales Managers for Selling of Marketing Activities
• Franchise Managers for co-coordinating AOP activates & evaluation
• Finance Managers for budgeting, forecasting & control requirement.
• Meticulous execution of activities.
• Volume, share, NOPBT & Brand KPIs

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• FMCG Background
• Preferably LSE/LUMS/IBA/foreign university
graduate.
• 2-3 years brand marketing experience in FMCG
industry
• Strong and Strategic analysis capability for driving the future strategy
• Analytical & Innovative thinking leading to flawless execution
• Creativity.
• Strong presentation & communication skills (both
compiling and presenting)
• Team player
• Able to meet tight deadlines & willing to put in long working hours.
